About Us - Biography


Dr. Graham Dexter is a qualified general and psychiatric nurse, counsellor, coach, coaching tutor and author. His understanding of chronic illness was created from an early age through the experience of a close family member.

Graham is known for his caring and supportive ethos, his professionalism, his willingness to go the ‘extra mile’, and his mischievous humour. He is a skilled facilitator of groups and has an extraordinary ability to challenge individuals to develop a better future.

He is a great believer in the power of the hobby, and being able to immerse oneself in something absorbing. Graham is a world expert on the Birmingham Roller pigeon, which affords him the respect and friendship of one of the most diverse and multi cultural group of `hobbyists’ that you could wish to meet!


Dr Janice Russell-Dexter is an accredited and executive coach (ILM) and Accredited Master Coach (AC). She teaches Coaching to MSc level, is a Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer in NLP, and a Visiting Senior Fellow at the University of Lincoln (Business Coaching).  Her position reflects her breadth and depth of knowledge and of  international experience in coaching and training. 
Jan is known for her vital approach to client, team and organisational development and is passionate about making coaching and NLP and accessible.  She has worked with a diverse client base, ranging from war refugees to corporate creatives, people in recovery from dependency and abuse to senior government agencies: she has survived  life threatening events, managed and trained her own teams,  and learned from the Masters of her craft.  Her strengths lie in her passion for life, courage in adversity, creativity, and her ability to potentiate people to achieve their very best within their value systems.  She takes great pleasure in using her experience and knowledge in her work to achieve ethical and outstanding outcomes.

Off piste, Jan loves music and dance, is a Master in Creative Writing, and is in process of publishing her third contemporary fiction novel. She regularly participates in fund raising activities for cancer research. Her motto is to `live life with adventure’.
